The brief

A client required a custom press jig for inserting bulbs into a fire suppression nozzle.

The original jig was made in machined steel, but due to time constraints, we designed a 3D-printed version.

The loadings on the jig were very low, so a printed version was suitable. The jig was designed and made in one working day.
