HAC - Hazardous Area Classification

The brief: iDeas Design were approached by AOC Resins, who produce and blend a range of chemicals, paints and resins. They recently had a HAC review of the site and this data needed to be transposed into a visual drawing format. We measured and drew up the production facility in 2D CAD and added the data to the building plan.  The site's P&IDs also required updating due to ongoing changes so we undertook a complete redraw of the plants P&IDs.  Whilst we were on site we were approached by the H&S department and drew up a site plan showing walkways, location of emergency equipment and also alarms.
