Recycling Plant Water Treatment Unit

The brief: iDeas Design have recently completed another water treatment plant with Cleanwater International UK for a site in Middlesborough that recycles plastic bottles. The system removes solid food waste from shredded plastic, cleaning it and recycling it within the factory.

The site was designed along with all of the pipework, steelwork, P&ID’s and technical manuals.

Service provided: Design, technical authoring services and UKCA marking services were provided.

Length of project: 6 months.
